ITS has completed installing SmartNotebook (the Smartboard software) and Turning Point (the clickers software) on all of the 97 Lab computers. SmartNotebook should be available on the desktop of every computer and Turning Point 2008 is listed in Programs in the Start Menu under Turning Technologies. So at this point any students that wish to experiment with SmartBoard and/or clickers can create, view and work with presentations on any 97 Lab computer.
We will now be promoting these services on the blog and the featured content section of the homepage. I have created a guide to help students, faculty and all of us become more familiar with using these technologies. Please take a look at it and let me know if you have any questions.
